These Terms govern your use of investornews.io and any Investor News subscription (“Investor News,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or subscribing you agree to these Terms and to our Disclaimer, which is incorporated here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract.

2. Nature of the service. Investor News is a financial publisher providing general, impersonal news, research, detection reporting, and education. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary, and we provide no personalized investment advice.

3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal. If and when paid subscription tiers are offered, they are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices, renewal terms, and the cancellation method will be disclosed clearly at checkout as required by law, including the California Automatic Renewal Law. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method when you subscribe.

4. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time using the method shown at checkout or your account page; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

5. Acceptable use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, scrape, or share paid content or credentials. Access is for one individual. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. You agree not to treat any Investor News content as personalized advice.

7. Intellectual property. Site content is owned by Investor News or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own use.

8. No warranties. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Data may be delayed and may contain errors.

9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investor News and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or investment losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Investor News against claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes are posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance.
