From phantom private jets to $3.4B in fake gold sales, school officials stonewall inquiries into coach and former rapper Dylan Rottkov’s past executive ties to Marc Lubaszka and Hadari Oshri

Silence. Deafening silence.

This has been the response Investor News and La Cronista have received to our request to Portland High School regarding the appointment of former rapper Dylan Rottkov as head football coach for the upcoming season.

Repeated inquiries sent to Principal Sarah Obare, Athletic Director Spencer Allen, and Communications Director Tess Nacelewicz —including extensive documentation of prior fraud allegations— went unanswered prior to publication.

The school did not provide any comments on whether Rottkov had disclosed details about his prior executive roles in two now-defunct corporations: Fly Private X, a private jet company with phantom jets registered in Delaware for which Rottkov served as VP and Marc Lubaszka as President, and Buy Gold Brightly, a gold company registered in Montana that listed the football coach as principal before being replaced by the self-described Crypto King, Patrick Seller.

Details on Rottkov’s participation in alleged schemes have been documented for years in A Special Report: The Harrowing Impunity of White-Collar Crime, an award-winning exposé published in Investor News that is now available in La Cronista.

In a press release published on the school’s website on February 2, 2026, Rottkov stated that he was “fully committed to developing young men of character, accountability, and discipline, while building a competitive football program that will make our school proud.”

The former VP of Fly Private X added: “Portland High School has a foundation of rich tradition and excellence. I am looking forward to working, along with my staff, to uphold a standard that all former and current Bulldogs can be proud of.”

His appointment, however, raises concerning questions about the school’s and district’s role in thoroughly vetting individuals placed in roles of mentorship and authority over minors and teenagers in Maine’s largest and most diverse school district —where more than half of all district students are economically disadvantaged and roughly 51% are students of color.

These questions were also not addressed in a light feature that aired on local TV station NEWS CENTER Maine highlighting Rottkov’s “unconventional” journey from rapper to student mentor in Maine.

In the glorified piece, Rottkov, whose mother is running for public office in South Portland, spoke candidly about his past aspirations of becoming an NBA player in his early years and his later transition to a rap career marked by condos nestled in the Hollywood Hills and foreign cars.

This portrayal, however, left out crucial details tied to his rapper years: his participation in alleged schemes with gold broker Lubaszka, current Gula World CEO Hadari Oshri and former model Seller. The rapper made no mention of the nonexistent fleet of private jets Fly Private X claimed to own, the company’s alleged $370M in failed attempts at procuring much-needed PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic and the false $3.4B in sales over a 14-year period the Buy Gold Brightly site claimed. Some of these operations were linked to a luxurious Malibu beachfront property later decimated by the deadly January 2025 wildfires.

The local TV profile aired weeks after La Cronista launched its dedicated hub for the years-long award-winning investigative series. La Cronista and Investor News reached out to NEWS CENTER Maine for comment regarding the broadcast segment, but no response was received prior to publication.

Rottkov, currently the President of Blue Wave Basketball Club in Portland (a non-profit of which he also lists himself as the owner), was a football player and captain at South Portland High School. Yet local roots should not replace rigorous institutional review.

Scandals from elite universities like USC and UCLA —where athletic programs prioritized marquee hires and wins over institutional integrity and compliance— proved that administrative oversight may fail when sports are involved. Now, similar questions are turning inward at the secondary school level in Maine’s largest district, where Portland High officials are refusing to answer how a figure linked to corporate fraud allegations was handed the keys to a youth and mentorship program.

First, the complaints were falsely marked as “resolved.” Then, they were wiped out and replaced by a 404 error. 

For Marc Lubaszka’s tens of victims, witnessing their grievances disappear overnight from the controversial platform Complaints Board is the ultimate slap in the face, after more than a decade of unresolved claims, mockery and deceit, including Lubaszka’s phony settlement offer through Emerging Market Technology Management, as detailed in A Special Report: The Harrowing Impunity of White-Collar Crime.

Among the removed complaints are those from disabled and retired US veteran Steve Gern, who lost nearly $50,000 with Lubaszka’s defunct Aurum Advisors and Gold Coins Gain and never received his money back. 

The company website, which has gone through an aesthetic makeover, states that “We do not remove complaints unless we receive an officially signed court order,” even if they are resolved. They also state the company does not remove complaints that comply with its Complaint Guidelines and claim to be First Amendment proponents.  

The last snapshot captured by Wayback Machine in 2021 shows numerous complaints against Lubaszka’s gold venture and his team going back to 2009. One comment referencing Lubaszka’s business ties to fashion fairy entrepreneur Hadari Oshri did not appear in this snapshot. In the archived record, the platform claimed that “the complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction” – a claim sharply refuted by victims who remain uncompensated. 

In a statement to Investor News, Complaints Board said: “We very frequently find ourselves pushing back against companies and individuals who attempt to bully us into removing content they simply don’t like.”

Complaints Board, however, failed to provide a valid reason for the removal of all complaints against Lubaszka’s gold businesses and refused to identify who initiated such takedowns. The company ghosted when pressed for a signed court order or confirmation that the complaints had been “resolved.” 

As of July 24, 2026, Investor News has not located a single signed court record in which a judge ordered the removal of complaints about Lubaszka or his gold companies from Complaintsboard.com, but it has located multiple lawsuits involving Complaints Board’s parent company, Mediolex, LTD, which the platform successfully survived. 

The company website claims to operate from Latvia and lists a US phone number that consumers may not use to file complaints. 

This and other attempts to suppress victims’ grievances and media coverage have been documented throughout the years by Investor News, this reporter, and La Cronista, all of which have been targeted by cyberattacks. Recent Google search results show that images related to Oshri’s alleged PPE scheme and failed legal battles have been replaced by sushi, manga and irrelevant content.

It is a saga that appears to never see its end, and surely, there had to be new twists.

On May 11, 2021, serial entrepreneur Hadari Oshri filed a declaration with the Los Angeles Superior Court that included a notarized 3-page affidavit bearing the name and logo of Digital Forensics Corp. (DFC), an Ohio-based company offering a wide range of services, including cybersecurity, IP theft, forensic analysis and cyber blackmail, according to its website.

Oshri submitted the affidavit as evidence in her restraining order case against one of this reporter’s sources (a separate case from the anti-SLAPP case mentioned above). But DFC has maintained for years that the filed document was “altered.”

The 3-pager listed multiple email addresses, domains, and links to articles and referenced a report of findings dated April 5, 2021, allegedly produced by DFC. The report, however, was not attached to Oshri’s declaration and affidavit.

According to the affidavit, “Hadari Oshri (the “Client”), retained DFC services on or about February 23″, 2021 (DFC Case 287656).”

However, in a May 2022 email to this outlet, DFC stated that “Digital Forensics Corp (“DFC”) cannot provide any service details or company work product as we are bound to a non-disclosure provision with all of our clients. We can confirm, however, that the name in your email and in the affidavit (“Hadari Oshri”) is not a listed client of DFC.

It appears that the affidavit you provided in your email is not an original affidavit produced by our Company, as it has been altered. We are conducting a further investigation into this matter and cannot provide you with any further comments at this time.”

The company added: “It does not appear that our company has had any contact with the attorney referenced in your email.”

In a phone call on May 26, 2026, DFC, through attorney Jeromy Simonovic, reaffirmed its 2022 position that the affidavit is “not authentic,” but clarified that the notary stamp is real.

In an interview on the evening of April 30, 2021 –the date of the initial hearing and before any stipulation was entered–, the respondent had stated that Oshri’s attorney argued in court her client had paid $40,000 for the investigation conducted by DFC. Court records show that, during that hearing, the judge ordered both parties to exchange evidence. In the April 30th interview, the respondent said that Oshri’s attorney handed him the affidavit during that exchange.

The respondent filed a 251-page response with the court, rebutting Oshri’s claims and attaching documents tying Oshri to an alleged PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) scheme also involving businessman and gold investor Marc Lubaszka and his now-defunct Fly Private X.

Investor News previously reported Lubaszka is also linked to Buy Gold Brightly, whose publicly listed owner was rapper Dylan Raw (Dylan Rottkov).

From around 2021, Oshri and her attorney sought to suppress reporting on this issue. In 2021, her attorney sent this reporter and her source a written cease-and-desist demand regarding coverage. For years, this outlet has led the media’s investigative efforts into this matter.

Cyberattacks & suspicious leads

The affidavit is not the only document in Oshri’s legal battles to face scrutiny. It also isn’t the only time suspicious tips about Oshri landed in this reporter’s inbox.

On December 2, 2024, this reporter received an unsolicited email from an individual identified as Julia Lane, encouraging me to look into mushroom supplements sold by Gula World, Oshri’s latest business company. The sender used a Gmail account that did not match her stated name. When asked about her connection to Oshri, she replied:

“I don’t know her personally but through mutual connections.” No clients, no complaints or firsthand harm were provided.

The exchange indicated the emails were an attempt to induce this reporter to publish a story about Oshri without evidence or fact-checked claims of harm to anybody. I declined to pursue a story.

The suspicious December 2024 email fits a years-long pattern. Between the end of 2020 and 2023, this reporter, Investor News, aitanavargas.com and sources received fake leads, cyberattacks and phishing emails from fake accounts like ‘Alex Alex’ and ‘Michaela Lake,’ and others. Some contained tracking pixels.

The night of December 31, 2020 (going into January 1, 2021), this reporter received an unsolicited Guerrillamail email from an alleged investor offering compensation for “researching” Elite Fashion Fund. The sender identified as Thomas A. Moffett, but this reporter was unable to verify his identity. Unrelated individuals matching this name died decades ago. The sender also listed a MN street address. No records show the sender is linked to the MN address provided in the email or point to any other similarly named individuals. Investor News previously reported that Lubaszka has used pseudonyms and aliases in his personal and professional life in the past.

A social media search on June 13, 2021 revealed that Hadari Oshri identified as the Managing Director of Elitefashion.Fund on her Facebook account. The website (elitefashion.fund) is no longer active.

In May 2022, Investor News received an unsolicited tip from an individual whose identity and email address this reporter was unable to verify.

Over 12 emails were exchanged regarding Oshri and Fly Private X, five of which contained email tracking software. The sender repeated unverifiable accusations. When asked to provide specific details, the sender stated: “it’s been so long and so much in life happened since then I honestly don’t remember the details of what she did.”

During the exchange, the sender claimed to have been in touch via text with an individual he described as “rude.”  The phone number volunteered by the sender matched a number for Lubaszka. 

“…he has this way of turning it around that by requesting the money owed its somehow extortion to get money from him,” the sender wrote. 

In the exchange, the sender also asked this reporter: “Do you have anyone who has a legal case against them that can prove what they do?” 

No information was provided to the sender.

As of June 25, 2026, due to image suppression efforts on Google, some of our documents and images are being moved and preserved on archive.org. Efforts are led by our partner outlet La Cronista, whose ranked archive on this investigative series involving Oshri, Lubaszka, Dylan Rottkov and Patrick Seller is also being replaced by Manga, sushi posts and irrelevant PPE content for searches naming Hadari Oshri.

As of June 26, 2026, search results both in Yahoo and DuckDuckGo show images and evidence posted by Investor News throughout the years as part of its investigative work into Oshri’s and Lubaszka’s alleged PPE schemes.

Aitanavargas.com, which also hosts parts of this investigation, was recently found to contain malware by GoDaddy, which is actively removing it and investigating the source of the intrusions. Repeated malware intrusions were reported between June 17, 2026, and June 25, 2026. A connection between these intrusions and potential suppression efforts has not been established.

On June 27, 2026, our partner outlet, La Cronista, was hit by a brute-force attack (342 hits in minutes). The source is now being investigated. This comes on the heels of intensive preservation efforts by Investor News and La Cronista of the years-long investigative series Investor News published on alleged PPE fraud by Oshri and Lubaszka. The brute-force attack came 24 hours after La Cronista created a page to preserve the original investigation and its accompanying records and documents. Today’s attack came some three weeks after La Cronista documented some 25 hits from Singapore.

Los Angeles (CA) – Serial entrepreneur Hadari Oshri continues her quest to conquer the fitness and well-being industry through her latest company, Gaya Ventures, whose team includes convicted criminal Orlando Birbragher, according to the company site.

In multiple public posts –including her Twitter account, her company site and public forum Luma–, the disgraced businesswoman is throwing a networking event in a beachfront Malibu house to connect with like-minded individuals.

“We are thrilled to invite you to a distinguished networking event hosted by Gaya Ventures. As a leader in the private equity industry, we are actively seeking investment opportunities in the rapidly growing health and wellness sector,” says her public post.

The text goes on to announce that “This exclusive event will provide an exceptional platform for networking and collaboration among key players in the health and wellness industry. It will serve as an opportunity for us to connect, exchange ideas, and explore potential synergies that can propel both our organizations to new heights.”

Hadari Oshri lost First Amendment Rights case in 2021

To her credit, Oshri’s legacy already reached new heights in the Fall of 2021, after losing an embarrassing First Amendment Rights case against award-winning reporter Aitana Vargas. Oshri and her attorney, John Tamborelli, demanded and pressured the journalist to stop working on an investigative series that went on to win a top LA Press Club award in 2022.

Tamborelli’s legal threats were met with a letter by the National Writers Union (NWU) demanding that he stop all and any potential intimidation towards the journalist.

Oshri’s failed SLAPP attempt to silence her business links to conman Marc Lubaszka and her long list of prior business failures will cost her thousands of dollar in legal fees for filing a frivolous case, as mandated by California’s powerful anti-SLAPP statute.

Oshri’s “exclusive” networking event is not open to everyone though. Interested parties must be considering or wanting to sell “their operations” and “be on a minimum $500,000 EBITDA.”

Hadari Oshri’s Gaya Ventures site claims she’s joined forces with convicted businessman Orlando Birbragher in new biz venture

Los Angeles (CA) – Self-described “successful” entrepreneur Hadari Oshri has made both an online and a business comeback.

After her long list of demonstrated business failures, including Xehar, Trade Safe Pro and Hadari Online, the Israeli-American entrepreneur has finally launched her latest business website, www.gayaventures.com, an acquisitions and consulting firm combining AI and wellness that she’s started to publicize online.

Indeed, just this week Nasdaq.com released an article written by “guest contributors” referencing Oshri’s latest pet project. The author, Jenny Q Ta, sadly, got Oshri’s company name wrong…Luckily, we’re here to get it right. Gaya, not Gava.

Why Gaya Ventures LLC now?

Public records show that Gaya Ventures LLC was formed by Hadar Oshri in Florida in 2022 following the demise of her partnership with LA-based conman Marc Lubaszka, who’s been under investigation by the FBI and the SEC for his involvement in alleged business schemes, including defrauding gold IRA investors across the country and trying to sell nonexistent PPE and imaginary private jets.

Court records and exclusive documents and testimonies obtained by this outlet show that both Lubaszka and Oshri joined forces during the pandemic to sell nonexistent PPE through the former’s now-defunct private jet company: Fly Private X.

Also during the COVID-19 emergency, Oshri was involved in PPE sales through her Florida-based company Trade Safe Pro, LLC.

Additionally, in 2021, Oshri filed and lost an embarrassing SLAPP case against reporter Aitana Vargas in a desperate attempt to stop the publication of “A Special Report: The Harrowing Impunity of White-Collar Crime,” a multi-part series that went on to win an LA Press Club award in 2022. Oshri will have to pay mandatory attorney’s fees to the reporter for filing a frivolous case.

In 2022, Oshri and A1A Management, a corporation she co-managed with entrepreneur Patrick Seller, aka the “Crypto King,” were sued for $250.000 for failure to deliver promised PPE. In their social media accounts, both Oshri and Seller bragged about the beachfront Malibu property they held parties at. Photos of them together have been deleted since.

According to Oshri’s public IG account, the Malibu parties continue to this date…

Who’s behind Gaya Ventures?

According to the company website (https://www.gayaventures.com), four people may be involved in the project. Oshri is listed as the CEO, whereas Gregory Witherspoon (Oshri’s former Xehar investor, who withdrew his support following widespread mismanagement claims by former workers and contractors) is listed as the company CFO. Witherspoon’s LinkedIn profile names Plan Bravo Partners as his most recent position and makes no mention of Gaya Ventures. Then, there’s realtor Darla Stuart, whose LinkedIn profile mentions the company. Lastly, the site lists Orlando Birbragher –a Florida-based businessman born to Panamanian parents– as the CIO.

Who’s Orlando Birbragher?

According to court records, Birbragher was ordered detained without bond in 2007 pending the resolution of criminal matters in a 31-count indictment, which included charges for conspiracy to distribute drugs through his company, Pharmacom.

2010 court documents state that “Orlando Birbragher conditionally pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(D), 841(b)(1)(D)(2), 846, 856(a)(1), and 861(a)(1), and conspiracy to launder money from the drug conspiracy, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956(a)(1)(A)(i), 1956(a)(1)(B)(i), 1956(h), and 1957. The district court sentenced Birbragher to 35 months imprisonment to be followed by a two-year term of supervised release. The court also entered a preliminary forfeiture order of $2,465,209.92.”

In 2010, the 8th Circuit of the US Court of Appeals denied Birbragher’s request to dismiss his indictment.

However, several sympathetic columns posted by author David F. Bienvenu on Medium claim that the businessman was exonerated.

Fast forward to 2022, and Birbragher and his companies, including BBV International Consulting, were sued for civil theft.

Hadari Oshri has acquired two Instagram accounts with fake/bought followers

To obtain clout and notoriety, one of Oshri’s latest acquisitions is her @hadari_oshri_israel Instagram account, featuring over 10.6K followers. This impressive accomplishment is, however, followed by an even more impressive one, @gaya_ventures, an Instagram account with over 7.4K followers, four posts and a handful of likes.

It all looks like a fresh, promising start for the entrepreneur.

At the time of this publication, Mr. Witherspoon has not replied to a media request for comments.

Los Angeles (CA) – Probably 2021 was not a year for the books for Hadari Oshri. And things aren’t looking up in 2022 either.

Last year, the American-Israeli entrepreneur lost her meritless restraining order case against me. My anti-SLAPP court win was a powerful reminder of why First Amendment Rights are celebrated, honored and protected by Americans. And as an American citizen, Oshri should have known better. But she didn’t.

That I prevailed on my anti-SLAPP motion forced Oshri to learn the hard way. She will have to pay my hefty legal fees ($23,000). Additionally, in the past months, I’ve released the investigative series that she desperately tried to silence. And her sloppy PR efforts to deliver an online campaign aimed at clearing her name…miserably failed.

But today, I don’t want to focus so much on Oshri. Rather, I want to do some introspection.

To get this far, I had to spend the summer of 2021 fully immersed in time-consuming legal efforts to fight her frivolous restraining order. Because let’s be clear about one thing: Oshri, like every other SLAPPer, never intended to win in court. She intended to bully me into silence in the same way she used fear tactics in the past to silence her victims’ plights and grievances.

In early 2021, Oshri retained the legal services of LA-based attorney John Tamborelli in order to stop my investigative efforts. Around February 14th that year (a very symbolic date for Oshri and her high-caliber restraining order team of criminal defense attorneys), Tamborelli sent me a “cease and desist” letter, or as Oshri called it in her legal petition against me a “seance” and “disease.”

Realizing that the “seance” and “disease” strategy had failed, Tamborelli tried yet another trick: He had one of my sources “instruct” me to remove any and all media coverage that I’d posted online mentioning him, Oshri and Marc Lubaszka.

Of course, I refused to comply. But more importantly, the National Writers Union (NWU) sent Tamborelli a letter demanding that he stop all intimidation attempts towards me. And…he stopped.

If anything, I have come out of this experience understanding the many ways in which I must express my gratitude towards Hadari Oshri. She turned me into quite an expert on anti-SLAPP motions and meritless First Amendment Right cases. For three months last year, I was the anti-SLAPP motion version of the cookie monster. Like a maniac, I devoured legal cases, rulings and opinions by the CA lower courts, the Court of Appeals and the CA Supreme Court. Every case I found –even in other states or the US Supreme Court–, I read and carefully studied.

I am, however, humble enough to admit that I had –and I still do– a lot to learn in this regard. But for all the lessons already learned, I’d like to thank you, Hadari. You’ve made me a more informed, a better and a more accomplished journalist.

I never would have made it this far without your invaluable contributions. As a matter of fact, two weekends ago, I was presented with an LA Press Club award for my investigative series exposing your participation in an alleged multi-million dollar PPE scheme with Marc Lubaszka.

Speaking of milestones…This is my first journalism award for an English-language series produced entirely on my own!

I never thought I would be talented enough or even remotely capable of this kind of achievement. But you proved me wrong: Not only can I write in English, but I can also win awards in a foreign language!

Thank you, Hadari, for making this award possible. It’s unique, one of a kind, and the refreshing icing on the cake that I and many victims will never forget.

A1A Management, which Oshri co-owns with Pat Seller, is also named in the lawsuit

As the world was coming out of the pandemic in 2022, Hadari Oshri and her business partner, underwear model Pat Seller, were sued by Major Gloves Inc. for $225,000 for failure to deliver i-home test kits. The lawsuit mentioned A1A Management, a company registered in Montana, showing Seller and Oshri as principals.

The lawsuit would have been just another court appearance by Oshri if it were not for the fact that the plaintiff filed a request for dismissal after the court rejected entry of default in August 2022.

The lawsuit came after she and her former counsel, John Tamborelli, tried to silence witnesses and sources willing to speak up on Oshri’s business practices in 2021.

In their great lengths to keep any information that could discredit Oshri’s business operations offline, Oshri and Tamborelli threatened legal action against award-winning journalist Aitana Vargas. In February 2021, Tamborelli phoned the reporter in an attempt to prevent the publication of the story. He later sent a cease-and-desist email that was met with a letter by the NWU advising him to stop all intimidation towards the reporter, who went on to win a top LA Press Club award for her coverage.

In her quest to stop all media coverage, in June 2021, Oshri filed and lost a frivolous SLAPP case against Vargas. Oshri is now responsible for paying the reporter’s hefty attorneys’ fees. Tamborelli failed to appear or defend his long-time client and friend at the anti-SLAPP motion hearing.

During this time, Vargas, this publication, and at least one source received emails containing illegal tracking beacons under fake names that included “Michaela Lake” and “Alex Alex,” among others.

Investor News was the first to expose Oshri’s and Marc Lubaszka’s (her prior business partner) links to an alleged $300mil PPE scheme involving convicted fraudster Arael Doolittle.

Oshri and Lubaszka were also linked with alleged attempts to sell non-existent private jets and raise $30mil from investors for Lubaszka’s company, Fly Private X. The phony private jet company also included an up-and-coming rapper called Dylan Raw, a current NFT enthusiast, who possibly used the title of Vice President of Fly Private X on his social media to gain clout. The singer, whose real name is Dylan Rottkov, is also linked to Lubaszka’s shady website Buy Gold Brightly, a company registered in Montana in February 2021. Seller replaced Raw as the listed principal a day after it was registered. The company was canceled in December 2022.

Pat Seller, the Crypto King, partners with Hadari Oshri

Pat Seller, the self-anointed “Crypto King” and “visionary,” and Oshri are both listed as co-owners of A1A Management. 

The duo appears to have been working out of both a luxurious Malibu property and a downtown LA apartment, as shown by company registration records and online posts. In multiple social media posts, Seller claimed he was living and working at the Malibu address during this time.

Online posts also show Oshri was looking to temporarily move out of her Malibu beachfront rental around the summer of 2021. One source indicated that she was unable to afford rent and that she frequently referred to him as “Pinocchio.”

The Los Angeles County has, however, been under an eviction moratorium that allows those financially impacted by COVID-19 to defer rent while staying housed. According to Twitter posts dated as recent as December 2022 and January 2023, Oshri would still be working out of Malibu.

Hadari Oshri filed incoherent, embarrassing, and potentially incriminating legal petitions

Since the onset of the pandemic, Oshri has claimed she gained experience in highly lucrative import/export deals to the tune of millions of dollars, according to her own website. Online articles written in 2020 and 2021 by Oshri’s ghostwriter, Ryan Foland, deliver an account of a shrewd, experienced, trustworthy, and professional businesswoman. These articles were also posted on Oshri’s Medium account as a way of gaining PR for herself and her business endeavors.

However, court documents written by Oshri show a very different reality. According to her court statements, she was being harassed by Pinocchio, the Real Truth Fairy, and Krista Collinsworth, Lubaszka’s imaginary assistant. But more importantly, in her own petitions to the court, she made potentially self-incriminating statements that could implicate her in alleged identity theft related to the formation of her company, Trade Safe Pro, LLC, in FL.

Court documents also show Oshri’s participation in an alleged PPE scheme and her strong desire to silence both those with knowledge of her questionable business practices and the reporter who uncovered Oshri’s and Lubaszka’s alleged dealings.

In her incoherent court petitions, Oshri also made memorable statements, like claiming that her previous business partner, Lubaszka, did some “funny business” in describing his part in an alleged $2mil gold scam. She also called Vargas “Miss Dicks” (Miss Vergas) and “My Dicks” (Mis Vergas).

Oshri and her criminal defense attorneys got reprimanded by the judge at the anti-SLAPP motion hearing for the businesswoman’s confusing petition and failure to prove any of her bizarre claims. Her defense team did not even bother filing a declaration or authenticated evidence in their anti-SLAPP opposition, bound to become a classic in how to lose an anti-SLAPP case.

Oshri also interrupted the hearing several times, and the Judge ordered a recess so the businesswoman could collect herself. Shortly after the hearing resumed, the Judge filed in favor of the reporter.

Oshri was overheard outside the court asking someone over the phone: “Who’s gonna pay the attorneys now?”

Hadari Oshri was sued in a personal injury case despite her claims to the contrary

In 2021, Oshri and Tamborelli were sued in a personal injury case claiming that she was driving her lawyer’s car and caused an accident without proper insurance.

Astonishingly, Oshri’s criminal defense attorney, Veronica Barton, vehemently denied the existence of the PI case during the anti-SLAPP motion hearing and wrongly accused the reporter of having made it up. If only Barton had bothered to check her client’s legal past, she could have saved herself the ensuing embarrassment…

As a matter of fact, Oshri dodged multiple attempts to be served with court documents related to the PI case, as Vargas had corroborated.

A convoluted history of businesses

Online documents show that the company Hadar Oshri LLC is in forfeited status along with several other businesses once owned by the self-professed business expert, including her defunct fashion company Xehar, clothing store Nicola Bertti, and Hadari Online.

One source claims that Oshri allegedly engaged in business activities under Hadar Oshri LLC without having the correct business licenses and forms filed with the state.

Oshri’s Trade Safe Pro was not named in the COVID-19 i-home tests suit directly. But how the company was created in February 2021 in FL raises questions about potential identity theft impacting Oshri’s then-accountant, Robert Wolf.

In a 2021 email Oshri sent to Vargas, the entrepreneur attached a screenshot of past tense text exchanges between the entrepreneur and Wolf. In the screenshot, Wolf stated Oshri lacked consent to use his name and demanded its immediate removal from company registration documents and social media accounts.

In Oshri’s email to Vargas, she also demanded that the reporter stop investigating her, threatened legal action against her, and directed Tamborelli to send a cease-and-desist letter in an attempt to intimidate her.

Wolf passed away on February 14th, 2022 (a symbolic date for Oshri and her team of criminal defense attorneys led by Veronica Barton).

Company registration records show that Oshri’s business partner, Seller, registered Trade Safe Pro in Montana on February 25, 2021, and it was cancelled in December 2022.

In a hearing held on September 13, 2021, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Doreen Boxer granted Vargas’s anti-SLAPP motion and denied Oshri’s civil harassment petition for failure to sustain the applicable burden of proof. Oshri will now have to pay Vargas’s attorney’s fees for filing a frivolous case. The Israeli entrepreneur also declined to go on a recorded interview or provide statements via email. This outlet has striven to reach out to sources to ensure they have the opportunity to provide their own account of events.

Los Angeles (CA) – Aitana Vargas’s exposé “A Special Report: The Harrowing Impunity of White-Collar Crime” last night received one of the LA Press Club’s top journalism awards at a celebrity-packed gala hosted at the Sheraton Universal Hotel that also honored Bill Whitaker’s life achievements.

The judges stated that Vargas’s work is a “compelling story of intrigue and vitriol that goes down a trail through international and domestic law, individual broken dreams, and the hard-fought desire to bring a criminal to justice.”

Speaking after the gala, Vargas said that “this award is a reminder that the victims’ years-long plights and repeated calls for justice have yet to be properly addressed by the justice system.” “This is not over yet.”

Vargas’s tenacity defeated Oshri’s desire to silence the truth

Throughout 2021, Oshri led a months-long campaign aimed at removing any and all media coverage online. The entrepreneur first tried to silence one of the reporter’s sources. Then, in a desperate attempt to stop Vargas’s investigative efforts, the release of documents linking Oshri and Lubaszka to an alleged multi-million dollar PPE scheme, as well as the publication of any and all content, Oshri filed a SLAPP suit against the journalist.

Oshri’s legal efforts against the correspondent came to an abrupt end in September 2021 as a Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted the reporter’s anti-SLAPP motion. During the hearing, the judge called out the entrepreneur for repeatedly interrupting the court proceedings and criticized her attorneys’ failure to provide admissible evidence.

Oshri’s fruitless legal campaign will be costly, for she will have to pay the journalist’s hefty anti-SLAPP legal fees: $23,000.

Against this backdrop, the in-depth investigative series would have never been released without the tenacity of the author, who was also legally threatened and received a cease-and-desist letter from Oshri’s former attorney, John Tamborelli.

In response to Tamborelli’s 2021 legal threats, the National Writers Union (NWU) sent him a letter demanding that he stop his intimidation campaign towards the reporter.

Hadari Oshri and Marc Lubaszka forged a partnership based on business and personal misrepresentations

The award-winning story exposes Oshri’s alleged participation in a joint PPE scheme with American broker Marc Lubaszka, who owes nearly $2M to tens of gold IRA investors across the US and has publicly admitted to doing business with Venezuela’s illegal gold mining syndicates.

The pair used Lubaszka’s private jet company, Fly Private X, to sell both nonexistent private jets and PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic, as they ran their operations from a luxurious beachfront property located in East Malibu where they threw parties featuring high-end DJs.

Exclusive documents obtained by Vargas show that Oshri and Lubaszka’s PPE scheme was also linked to convicted COVID-19 fraudster Arael Doolittle.

In the meantime, Oshri founded Trade Safe Pro, LLC, and Lubaszka recruited rapper Dylan Raw to act as his patsy and the VP of Fly Private X. Together, broker and singer founded Buy Gold Brightly to sell gold and IRA plans.

Oshri’s empire: A legacy of business failures

For years, Oshri has misrepresented her “successful” career as a businesswoman by running a strategic online PR campaign that includes the publication of articles written by her ghost writer, Ryan Foland. To this date, she continues to misrepresent her business operations by publishing content on her website and her Medium account.

As if her legacy of demonstrated past business failures were not enough, Oshri has also lost every step of the way in 2021: She lost the anti-SLAPP court battle to Vargas; She’ll have to pay the reporter’s hefty legal fees; The investigative series Oshri tried to stop has been released; Her alleged participation in a multi-million dollar PPE scheme with Marc Lubaszka has been exposed; Two more installments on Oshri’s Xehar wreck (aka fashion fairy project) and Trade Safe Pro, LLC are in the works; And last night, Vargas’s compelling exposé received one of the night’s top LA Press Club journalism awards.

“A Special Report: The Harrowing Impunity of White-Collar Crime” competes for top journalism award

Los Angeles (CA) – Investor News correspondent Aitana Vargas just walked the red carpet at the LA Press Club 64th Annual Awards Gala, which is being held at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City tonight and honors journalism and editorial excellence across Southern California in 2021.

The reporter is competing for one of the night’s top awards for her months-long multi-part investigative series: “A Special Report: The Harrowing Impunity of White-Collar Crime.”

“Today I’m celebrating First Amendment rights and Hadari’s failed efforts to silence the truth, including her alleged involvement in COVID-19 schemes with Marc Lubaszka,” the award-wining journalist said from the red carpet. “I hope tonight is also a memorable moment for their many victims, some of whom have been demanding justice for several years.”

Vargas’s work exposes Hadari Oshri’s participation in alleged PPE scheme

The journalist’s special report exposes Israeli entrepreneur Hadari Oshri’s participation in an alleged joint PPE scheme with gold broker Marc Lubaszka, whose gold IRA investment company, Aurum Advisors, was investigated by the FBI about ten years ago.

In 2012, Lubaszka fled to South America as his IRA venture was going under, but he has never been charged with a crime despite his victims’ calls for justice.

Vargas’s long-form series delivers a powerful and detailed account of the Oshri-Lubaszka partnership at the onset of the pandemic and their efforts to sell some $500M worth of nonexistent PPE using the broker’s now defunct private jet company, Fly Private X. The couple’s COVID-19-related operations were also linked to convicted Texas businessman Arael Doolittle, who was ordered earlier this year to serve a 54-month sentence for PPE fraud.

During the pandemic, Oshri also used Trade Safe Pro, LLC to sell PPE on social media platforms –including Facebook– as Lubaszka partnered with Texas-based DJ and rapper Dylan Raw to open a new gold company: Buy Gold Brightly. In the meantime, Oshri and Lubaszka shared and ran their operations from a luxurious beachfront property in East Malibu.

Hadari Oshri desperately tried to stop the release of Vargas’s exposé

In June 2021, a few weeks after the release of part one of Vargas’s series, the reporter was served with court papers aimed at stopping the publication of her investigation.

But Oshri’s meritless legal effort to silence the correspondent’s work was thrown out by a Los Angeles judge in September 2021, and Oshri will have to pay Vargas’s legal fees as ordered by California’s powerful anti-SLAPP statute, which protects First Amendment Rights.

In Oshri’s non-sense petition against the award-winning correspondent, the Israeli accused the journalist of being a “desperate,” “very dangerous woman” and “a corrupted reporter” without any proof. Oshri also referred to the Spaniard as “Miss Dicks” (Miss Vergas) and “My Dicks” (Mis Vergas) and fabricated a baseless theory that didn’t fly with the court.

“Hadari’s legal case against me is a clear example of the Streisand Effect: By trying to silence her involvement in an alleged PPE scheme, she only brought more attention to it,” the reporter said.

Hadari Oshri’s attorney, John Tamborelli, intimidated Vargas into quitting her investigative series

According to court documents, during 2021, the Spaniard was pressured multiple times into quitting her investigative work. Investor News had access to a cease-and-desist email that Oshri’s former attorney, John Tamborelli, sent her in February 2021 demanding that she stop reaching out and talking to sources. The email also threatened legal action against the reporter and one of her sources did they fail to comply.

Tamborelli was following orders from Oshri, whose email featured some memorable statements to the reporter and her source:

“You (Aitana) are putting your hands in places that is not belong to you !!!!!

You (Aitana) GOT to stop !!!!!

Also you you cucumber !!”

In a second email that Oshri sent to Vargas and her source the same day, the entrepreneur stated:

“This is officially !!! Attaching my new business as an opportunity what the fuck you contacting this guy Robert 80 years old Man that is doing my taxes !!!

You are crossing all the lines

Where should I serve your lawsuit Ariana

And Qucomber !!”

The journalist didn’t reply to any emails that Oshri and Tamborelli sent that day.

Exclusive documents obtained by this outlet also show that in June 2021, Tamborelli wanted one of Vargas’s sources (Fergal Furlong) to instruct her to remove all the information related to Oshri or Tamborelli and any articles mentioning Tamborelli, Oshri and Lubaszka, including the first part of Vargas’s exposé, which gave a voice to the victims of one of Lubaszka’s prior gold schemes for which he was never prosecuted by law enforcement nearly a decade ago.

The reporter took to social media to announce that she was not a party to the settlement agreement and would not be taking down any content. About two weeks later, Oshri filed against Vargas.

In response to Tamborelli’s cease-and-desist email and continued demands, the National Writers Union (NWU) sent him a letter demanding that he stop all intimidation attempts towards the female reporter.

“Hadari Oshri cornered me in every single possible way she knew how. Yet she failed,” Vargas said. “Fear tactics only work for so long, don’t they?”
